This® research study is a component of the ACCS Research & Evaluation Program.

The study is periodically conducted every few years for three primary purposes:

  1. Current Service Level Performance: Evaluate®’s specific service offerings and satisfaction levels.
  2. Continuous Service Enhancement: Improve aspects of®.
  3. ACCS Impact Calculation: Provide inputs to calculate the overall impact of® on ACCS’ overall goals and return on investment in®.
